Opportunities and Pathways



Whether someone is at the start of their career or has been with us for years, we have many different development opportunities and pathways for all.

Skills in Practice
We offer a ‘Skills in Practice’ course which is aimed at all colleagues across the business and provides the soft skills to support current job roles or for future career development.

Management Fundamentals
The FM Conway Management Fundamentals programme is an initiative aimed at current and aspiring people managers. The programme will provide FM Conway employees with essential communication and management skills over a series of 12 modules.

Great Leaders Programme
The Great Leaders Programme was created with £100k of funding secured from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), and is designed to develop and nurture the future leaders of our business.

The programme aims to develop our existing leaders so that they have the necessary skills to be successful in new circumstances, to help our people to become great authentic leaders who have a shared vision of direction, and to create future leaders for the next generation.
