Yin Side of Customer Service: Maggie
Maggie started as an apprentice and has grown into a powerhouse in her own right, building a reputation as a subject matter expert and confident leader.
Maggie is the face of the customer service team, ensuring that customers’ orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. She leads her team of customer service advisors, working closely with the operatives at our seven plants. Maggie works tirelessly to support her team to ensure every order is programmed correctly and on schedule. She has a knack of making it look easy and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Yang Side of Customer Service: Leanne
Leanne is the action-taker, always on the front foot. She leads a team focused on our daily service and supply, working closely with plant supervisors and our distribution team to ensure the orders processed with Maggie’s team are supplied the way they should be.
There’s no time to wait around in Leanne’s role, and everything must be tackled fast.
Having worked post-COVID running a surfacing company, Leanne knows what it takes to turn challenges into wins. She brings vision and speed, driving the last-mile success our customers count on.
How They Work Together
Maggie and Leanne’s process is seamless:
Maggie’s team sets up the orders, coordinating with customers, plant operations, and distribution.
Then, it’s handed off to Leanne’s team, who liaise with the plants and drivers to ensure smooth delivery.
Throughout the day, they’re in constant contact, troubleshooting, adjusting schedules, and updating customers.
Their day starts with opening the office, checking in with plants, and reviewing supply schedules before the day even begins. The day-before 4pm ‘catch-up’ meeting helps fine-tune operations and flag any last-minute changes.

Maggie and Leanne didn’t just land here overnight. Both started young, stayed in the industry to build up enviable knowledge bases, and have confidently developed their skills from the ground up.
