Lining

Lining is term used for the process of creating a new pipe within an existing pipe also referred to as 'cured-in-place'.

The method uses a flexible tube or reinforced fibreglass sheeting impregnated with a thermosetting resin, resulting in the new pipe within an existing sewer pipe or culvert after resin cure.

At FM Conway we offer a wide range of lining installation techniques and products, providing a tailored service to match our client's individual needs. We offer solutions for pipe sizes from 75mm up to 1600mm and not just in circular pipes, and offer Hot Water, UV light and Blue Light as curing methods.

The cured-in-place systems that FM Conway utilise offer an alternative solution to traditional excavations and provide opportunity to minimise disruption, keep costs down and reduce your carbon footprint.

Our managers, supervisors and teams have decades of experience in a multitude of working environments including domestic, commercial properties and busy highways.
