COVID-19 Business Continuity:

FM Conway takes the service it provides to clients, and our duty of care to employees and our wider stakeholders very seriously.


We continue to monitor and follow the official advice and updates from the WHO (World Health Organisation), NHS and UK Government in relation to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and are committed to continuing to provide the quality of service that we are known for whilst ensuring that we take appropriate and swift action in order to protect all concerned.

By diligently following the available official information, we have ensured that our people are aware of and are adopting the latest guidance, and that they have access to instruction and products allowing them to take the necessary steps to avoid the danger of spread through practical hygiene routines.


Having considered our forward work activity, we are confident that we have sufficient stock and product levels for the immediate need, and we are in regular liaison with our supply chain to ensure we are able to continue to operate without the likelihood of issue or impact during these challenging times.


As an additional precaution we regularly continue to review existing business continuity plans to ensure we remain confident in being able to maintain service and activity through our contingency plans, should the need arise.


We continue to review our operating plans and procedures daily to ensure our actions are in line with official information and guidance, and we will update all stakeholders in the event of any significant changes.
