Are you a HIAB Driver with Street Lighting experience? FM Conway is looking to recruit a HIAB Driver to join the team working for our Street Lighting team based in North Acton, London. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits package!

The HIAB Driver Role:
As our HIAB Driver, you will demonstrate excellent operational skills such as working at heights in a challenging environment, whilst displaying a basic knowledge of electrical systems and procedures.
Responsibilities of our HIAB Driver:
Working as part of a small team working on electrical street lighting installation’s, you will interpret scaled drawings of basic electrical installations and detailed drawings of underground cabling. You will also ensure that all site works are executed in a time and cost-efficient manner whilst ensuring regular liaison with supervisor.
Our Ideal HIAB Driver:
We are seeking a person with previous experience of working in the Street Lighting industry, ideally you will have the ability to coordinate street lighting operations and you must hold a Class 2 HGV licence. This role will involve travel to other FM Conway and customer locations, and therefore the job holder must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence. Other essential skills include:
- G39 certification
- ASLEC Approved
- IPAF qualified
- NRSWA Units 1 to 9
- Manual handling
- Abrasive wheels
- First Aid
- HGV Class 2
- Hiab operations
