An accomplished leader in business transformation, Kamal has developed an extensive project portfolio over his 20 years’ career, focusing on customer service, business improvement and digital transformation. Kamal joined FM Conway in 2014 to drive our digital transformation programme and ensure our people, processes and technology are aligned to achieve measurable improvements and efficiencies. His recent achievements include embedding LEAN principles across our operations, integrating FM Conway’s business systems with the Department for Transport’s Street Manager, implementing the MAP16 digital platform and commissioning a new Transport Managements System. Kamal is committed to investing in the future and working in collaboration with our clients, front line delivery teams and specialist supply chain partners to maximise the benefits of emerging technology.
