Green Flag Assessment Scheme
The Conway Green Flag Scheme is all about ‘Raising the Bar’ in all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality. The scheme has been created to highlight the great work and attitude being showcased by our site teams around the country.
Through audits and assessments, we can identify a site with the achievement of one of three levels - either compliant, merit or excellence – marking the significance of their achievement.
The sites which achieve an evaluation of excellence and are ‘Going the Extra Mile’ in all the four elements of SHEQ will be awarded the Conway Green Flag Assessment.
Achieving this award through the criteria of excellence will demonstrate that the Division, Borough, Project, Major Site, Contract or Gang are exemplary in managing Safety, Health, Environment and Quality within their activities.
