Keeping Britain’s public highway infrastructure working is the main task of F M Conway’s Structures and Building Maintenance Division which undertakes maintenance, refurbishment or replacement of highway structures, culverts, bridges, service tunnels, Thames bridges, statues and monuments, vaults and underground chambers as well as emergency make safe.
The Division also offers a wide range of road tunnel management services where safety systems and electrical networks as well as retaining walls are maintained.
The Structures and Building Maintenance Division can refurbish and refit a range of buildings – from private to commercial, including offices and warehouses – to bring the structures completely up to current standards of comfort and environmental awareness.
The Division also provides asset management services to its Local Authority client base.
Required by law to keep registers of assets and building, Local Authorities can look to FM Conway to manage the maintenance requirements of these inventories to safeguard their value.
