Our mobile concrete batching vehicles have been specifically designed to manufacture any grade of concrete, foamed concrete or mortar at the point of delivery using recycled aggregate.
With a rapidly expanding fleet of volumetric trucks and a state of the art aggregate washing plant the company can now satisfy the demand for concrete made from recycled aggregate. With highly trained operators and an effective calibration regime the company has put quality at the top of its priorities. An independent testing house carries out frequent testing and monitoring of the concrete produced.
The vehicles are capable of carrying the constituents required for 8 cubic metres of concrete. Unlike conventional ready-mix trucks the sand and gravel and cement are carried in a dry format ready to be mixed when needed. There is a separate silo for storing the cement and a built in tank to carry the water. A facility exists for carrying additives on board so that the customers requirements may be met in full. The system is fully automated.
The controls that regulate the mix and rate of delivery are situated at the rear of the vehicle and via a remote keypad the operator is able to stand alongside the machine in full control and ensuring that the concrete is placed exactly where the customer requires it. Mix proportions are set to deliver the desired grade of concrete and slump but can be varied to suit the customers needs at any time allowing multi-drops of varying concrete grades at different locations within any construction site. The components are mixed into fresh concrete by the action of an auger and conveyor and the concrete is placed by an adjustable shoot mechanism.
