Planning approval for most new building projects requires alterations to existing roads and footways. We work closely with developers and local authorities to ensure that we achieve this with the minimum of disruption.

Where hard landscaping or paving is required as an integral part of the project, we have the flexibility to work with and around other trades often in a very tight and congested site.

Installing commemorative monuments and statues generally involves alterations to the existing paving layout and often requires decorative paving surrounds and ornamental fencing.
