Since 1992, the Building and Maintenance Division has been successfully carrying out routine services and projects. Our broad skill base helps us to accomplish projects ranging from both planned and reactive property maintenance, through office refurbishment, to multi-million pound structural rehabilitation works.

Our programme of performance monitoring and benchmarking ensures that we provide a service delivery that is committed to excellence and to achieving the right results first time.

versatile portfolio

Our refurbishment work ranges from minor repairs to complete refits - internal or external. We specialise in alteration to public buildings, office refits and refurbishment, works to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and welfare facility refurbishment.

mechanical and electrical services

With our in-house expertise, we can undertake
all kinds of mechanical and electrical works, from small system modifications to large replacements and new build installations. We take on projects involving heating systems, water supply systems, air conditioning, power, lighting and refrigeration.

maintenance

With considerable experience of working in sensitive locations such as schools, libraries and other public buildings, we can ensure the minimum of disruption to our customers’ operations on reactive maintenance contracts. We have a flexible approach to their requirements and our high quality projects can meet the most demanding timescales and budgets.

We pride ourselves on our reputation and offer a helpdesk to our contracted schools and clients, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This provides a reliable and easy service that delivers the highest standards of work to solve their problems, from break-ins to floods.

Other maintenance services we offer include statutory and operational checks on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, portable appliance testing (PAT) and water quality testing for Legionella and other water borne hazards. We are able to manage customers’ mechanical and electrical systems through agreed testing schedules and certification
of systems.
