Overview The London Highway Alliance (LoHAC) is a term contract covering the complete spectrum of highway services from the routine maintenance of assets through to the delivery of major capital schemes. Our cleansing team are responsible for maintaining 12,828 gullies, 9898 Beany Block combined kerb and drainage assets and 47 catch pits on the Transport for London Road Network in North West London.

London’s River Wandle

Client Wandle Trust

Overview The River Wandle, which runs through the London boroughs of Sutton, Merton and into the Thames at Wandsworth, was historically a vibrant ecosystem with populations of wild fish, insects and aquatic plant life. However, industrialisation and misuse of the river led to rising pollution and by the 1960s the Wandle was technically regarded to be ‘ecologically dead’.

Two Bridges School Transformation

Client Two Bridges School

Overview Two Bridges School was a newly amalgamated behaviour support school in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells. The school was desperately in need of a new school building and therefore called on the FM Conway civil engineering team to transform a former YMCA into a high-quality teaching facility.
